About Jardine Service Centre Philippines (JSC)

Jardine Service Centre (JSC) Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We are seeking highly organized and experienced ServiceNow developers to join our team. The role of the developer is to build solutions in ServiceNow to automate organizational processes across the Jardines group of companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent ServiceNow product knowledge and experience building solutions on the platform. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by enhancing the usage of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • existing and develop new solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • incident response, service request and enhancements
  • ServiceNow with other programs and systems.
  • informed about the latest developments in computer programming.
  • training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow users.
  • that the software behaves as designed by thoroughly testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.

Qualifications

  • in ServiceNow (particularly HRSD) greatly preferred
  • with core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
  • to develop workflows, custom web services, notifications, and assessments on the ServiceNow platform.
  • understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
  • skills for managing ServiceNow instances, including ACLs, catalog items, and UI customization..
  • in JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • of CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Asset Management, VPN, LDAP, AngularJS, and HTML.
  • with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
