Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
-Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, and performance optimization.
-Test and deploy ServiceNow solutions according to project timelines and quality standards.
-Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
-Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
-Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST API, SOAP, etc.).
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-ServiceNow certifications on ITSM (preferred).
