Your Role and Responsibilities

Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Must Have skills More than 5 yrs supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow at least 3 yrs of experience in CSM.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must.
Solid understanding creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization with ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, and knowledge management.
Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations.
