Qualifications
- ServiceNow Development experience is required
3 to 5 years working as a ServiceNow administrator/developer- Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML to create scripts in the course onormal ServiceNow administration duties
ITIL/ITSM experience
- Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
ServiceNow Certification is a plus
Job Description- Create and enhance existing catalog items
Create and/or maintain existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and
- IT Service Management practices
Adhere to standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and- supportability of the customizations
Support planning activities
Development and unit testing- Documentation using Meralco standard templates
Support in testing and quality audits
- Implementation and production support
Support in handholding activities
Non-Exemption/Must Have- ServiceNow Development experience is required
