This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer at Encora Inc. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, and maintaining and enhancing existing applications. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting system testing, and ensuring the overall performance and security of the ServiceNow platform.

• Computer Science and Software Development skills
• Back-End Web Development skills
• Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
• Experience in developing and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices
