As a Senior ServiceNow Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing ServiceNow configurations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Your expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations.- Configure ServiceNow modules to automate workflows and improve service delivery.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.- Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices, trends, and updates to drive innovation and optimization.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.- at least 3 years in a senior ServiceNow analyst role
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
