The ServiceNow Admin Developer will be the primary administrator of the Cloud Services instances of ServiceNow and will be involved in configuration and development of new features, components, and integrations including automated and manual testing.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances used by internal staff.
- Engagement with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, validation, and testing.
- Design and configuration or development of new features, components, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform based on ITIL best practice.
- Creation and execution of automated and manual tests.
- Creation and update of relevant documentation.
- Creation of reports, dashboards, and compliance checks.
- Management of annual ServiceNow upgrade and testing activities.
- Training and guidance on the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
- In-depth hands-on experience with recent version/s of ServiceNow, ideally ITSMCSM.
- ServiceNow Administration/Development: 5 years (Required)
- Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using APIs and connectors.
- Experience withITIL or ITIL Certified.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
