Job Summary:Conduct machine inspection, diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of machines not limited to the ones supplied by ICON and submit necessary reports and documentation.
- Machine inspection and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance services, general repairs and overhauling and support machine delivery.
Provide maintenance of and repairs to all mechanical and electrical systems including drive, and drive-line, steering, suspension, braking, air, hydraulic, computerized and other associated systems.
- Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles.
Need to be familiar with electronics, be able to use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs.- Need familiarity with parts and components of complex machinery and engines, as well as the tools to fix them.
Report submission related to conducted service
- Provide basic turn over training during machine delivery
Communicate with customer
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Service Technician. With heavy equipment is an advantage.
At least 1 year Vocational Course or Highschool Graduate- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
