Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective technical support. Install, maintain, and repair basic Household appliances.
- Proficiency in Large Format Printer, and printers is an advantage, but not a must.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Technical diploma or relevant certification preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using the Windows operating system.
Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related programs used in technical and design environments.
