Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electro mechanics or in related field.
OJT are also Welcome to apply.- Knowledgeable in all MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred with Driver's License.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites.
Responsible for spare parts usage, logistics, and inventory.- Communicate with the sales department on service needs.
Facilitate and resolves customer's technical and quality issue up to closure with proactive and effective communication.
- Established a detailed field service report after servicing of equipment.
Participate in sales-customer discussion for technical related concerns and recommend the best possible option and solutions.- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing equipment for service and repair.
Conduct onsite service and overhaul training to customer maintenance personnel as per request.
- Day to day activities at the workshop such maintenance and overhaul of all incoming units for service
