We are looking for Service Support Associateto join our Team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate of BS Computer Engineering / BS Computer Science / BS Information Technology
• With basic knowledge on computer hardware/software, networks, and services
• With Customer Service experience an advantage but nit required
• Adept with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Above average English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and render overtime/ holiday duty
