Supervise and coordinate the activities of the motorcycle service team, including technicians and service advisors, to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians, including troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and performing quality control inspections.
Monitor service operations to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.- Maintain accurate records of service orders, repairs, and parts inventory using our digital management system.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for motorcycle servicing and repair.
- Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary parts and accessories for service jobs and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client.- Train and mentor service team members to develop their technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Assist in the development and implementation of service department policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a motorcycle technician, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of motorcycle makes and models.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a service or repair facility preferred.- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.- Proficiency in computer systems and software for service management and inventory control.
