Directly reporting to the Service Manager and Service Director- KPI Management, handles and monitors all related KPIs includes, including corrective action plans and execution
Administrative work includes processing of necessary permits for shipment
Handles all coordination of local country spare parts requirements from HQ
- Supervise the overall spare parts management of the warehouse including inbound/outbound, stocktaking.
100% completion rate for all warehouse activities including spare parts HQ return, scrapping, and resale- Ensures stock level within-country standard
- Service Center Spare Parts Management:
Handles the spare parts management of the service center focusing on their spare parts requirements which are currently not available in the warehouse, alternative item codes, system issues, etc.- Perform stocktaking of all service center spare parts inventory
Daily coordination with offline service PIC for the backlog report from all service center
At least 3-5 yrs. Experience in the same field is a requirement
- Knowledgeable in all warehouse and service center spare parts operation processes
Excellent communication skills can communicate both English and Chinese is an advantage
