Responsibilities / Tasks
- Promote and sell after sales service solutions and system modernization to meet sales target
- Responsible for developing sales of service products in Country (Philippines).
- Prepare, generate proposals and follow-up quotations to secure orders.
- Provide pre-sales preparation, sales negotiation and after sales service.
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customer to promote extended sales coverage
- Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers and build good relationship.
- Work collaboratively with SFT technology centers to ensure full understanding of available service products and how they can be taken to the local markets.
- Provide required reporting to SFT Organization.
- Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment
- Strong mechanical aptitudes including know how on processing equipment for Separation, Decanters and Wastewater applications.
- Good understanding of service sales costing
- Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers)
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Being part of a small team, flexible to adapt to different tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Willing to work beyond regular office hours (if necessary)
- Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people
- Good computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel, MS PowerPoint.
