RESPONSIBILITIES- Attends immediately to customers when they enter the reception area.
Checks customer's name from the list of appointments expected for the day to verify whether the customer has an appointment or is a walk-in customer.- For walk-in customers, prepares the Repair Order Supplementary Sheet (ROSS) together with the warranty booklet.
Immediately assigns an available Service Advisor to a particular customer to minimize waiting time.
- Hands over the ROSS to the designated Service Advisor for appointment customer.
Qualifications:
Customer Service oriented;- Strong organizational, follow-up and communication skills;
Time management ability;
- Proficiency in MS word and Excel;
