I. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Result Area (KRA): Customer Transactions
- Assisting and welcoming Customers by answering or referring inquiries
- Directs give customers instructions
- Endorse them to assigned Service Advisor for customers that already scheduled appointment
- Answering calls and inquiries from other departments and customers
KRA 2: Records
- Encoding and sending reports of clients / units received per day
- Recording and sending of TAP released 1k units report

Educational Requirement :
College Graduate (Preferably tourism or any hospitality management related courses) Minimum Experience Required :
6 mos 1 year experience in Customer service related work.Special Skills :
Communication skills, multitasking, initiative (willingness to help new customers), knmows how to prioritize sensitive customers, dependability and excellent interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-time
