Job Description:- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Obtains basic demographic information about each customer- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Scheduling Appointments
- Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.
Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system- Communicate with Suppliers
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or Similar Role
Graduate of Any Course- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Computer Literate
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a Customer Service Attitude
