Job Description

Job Description:
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Obtains basic demographic information about each customer
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Scheduling Appointments
  • Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.
Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system
  • Communicate with Suppliers
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or Similar Role
Graduate of Any Course
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a Customer Service Attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,
  • 00 per month
