Job Description: To do customer site visits and inspections nationwide.
To evaluate units in terms of maintenance, operations, and working environments.
To analyze data and formulate recommendations based on the findings.
Creates root cause analysis of unit breakdowns and enforces the appropriate standard operating procedures to avoid the reoccurrence.
To discuss findings and recommendations through presentation to the customers.
To work with service personnel in monitoring and ensuring that proper usage and a good working environment are provided by the customers thus correct and standard preventive maintenance is performed by the technicians in the units.
Step 1 passer or willing to take Step 1 training.
Customer presentation skills.
