What will you do

The Service Operations Manager, based in Philippines, will oversee strategic initiatives and operational activities, via partnership with a Service Vendor, to ensure that the organization's performance aligns with business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, capable of ensuring that our service vendor deliver exceptional service while aligning with our company's goals and values.

You are expected to manage the following:


Be the L'Oreal business owner to the Service Vendor for all activities & SOPs between both parties.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing Service Vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the execution of service operations, monitoring performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including E-Commerce Operations, Credit, Physical Distribution, to optimize vendor performance and integrate vendor services seamlessly into business processes.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous process enhancements.
Foster strong relationships with Service Vendor, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
Lead regular meetings with stakeholders i.e. Zone Ops, Country Ops, Service Vendor to review performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating best practices into vendor management strategies.

Who are we looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
More than 5 years direct relevant experience in Supply Chain functions within FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in an operations management role with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of supply chain management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with relevant software applications and systems (e.g., SAP, OMS).
