Your Role
As a Service Officer, you are to deepen the relationship with clients by providing excellent and world-class customer service, account management through cross-selling/lobby sales that would eventually translate to increase business volume. The incumbent is responsible on the efficient delivery of bank products and services through the effective management of branch operations, lobby management and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
Your Impact
- Cross-sell MPI products and services to clients.
- Provide account referrals and leads to Branch Head and SE.
- Address/handle customer queries including but not limited to features and benefits of MPI products and services
- Perform continuous relationship-building activities/initiatives
- Perform account management activities for special clients/ad hoc requests
- Perform functional accountabilities of Service Assistant
- Ensure smooth flow of lobby traffic.
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is provided.
- Gather relevant data pertaining to Top Clients
- Ensure compliance with procedures and control matters
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements/guidelines.
- Make recommendations to streamline workflow, enhance customer experience and improve cost control, and be actively involved in branch-related projects
Your Profile
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- Minimum Five (5) years banking experience
- Knowledgeable in branch operations (Teller, New Accounts, Service Officer)
