Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within IT operations or support.
- Extensive experience with Change Management, ITIL, Service Management, and Service Now (SNOW).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Position Summary: The Infrastructure Operations Support Specialist role is crucial to supporting the Technology Engineering team by managing and resolving transactional tasks related to access approval coordination, administration, and other operational needs of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a specialist handling tasks across various channels to support Technology teams.
- Ensure timely renewal and revocation of time-bound access permissions in accordance with security policies.
- Operationalize new and existing policies, processes, and procedures within the team's scope.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance Knowledge Management/Communication Tools and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to proactive efforts to meet departmental and company goals.
- Collect and consolidate escalated team issues for resolution.
- Compile data for analysis purposes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
