Main Duties and Responsibilities- Remind customers of their 1st km and succeeding check-ups of their vehicles
Take the preferred appointment date and time of the customers for the 1st km and succeeding km check-ups of their vehicles; set the service appointment and advise the Receptionist of the appointment- Monitor the service availed by the customers
- Advise customers in coordination with Service Marketing Staff of service campaigns and promos, and estimated cost of service
- 5. Record and report issues and concerns raised by customers to the CSO Head for resolution
6. Support the Kaizen activities of the Department
Bachelor's Degree in any field- Proven work experience is preferred but not required
Proficient in using MS Office and other related software programs/applications
Ability to work under pressure
