A Marketing Assistant handles the day-to-day marketing administrative and operations of the department. Marketing Assistant responsibilities include appointment booking and scheduling for clients, assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
- Provides overall management of office clerical and administrative operations of the Marketing team.
Responsible in organizing and documenting, filing, sending out, receiving documents and files for the team.- Organizes and coordinates team schedule and calendar and scheduled field assignments.
Prepares and submits timely reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing gathered data.
- Ensures support of proper execution of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Performs other duties as assigned.
