Job Responsibilities:
- Support operation and maintenance services across Philippines province which includes customer service, project registration, follow-ups and solution provider
- Continuous improvement plan to increase customer service functions and the daily business operation
- Handle customer hotline complaints, online feedback, registration, delivery and return products
- Inspect High Voltage/Medium voltage products as onsite supervisor and able to meet delivery deadlines to customers
- Record and report statistical analysis of customer feedback information on return goods, spare parts and other products related to Transmission and Distribution
- Provide on-site technical services and consultation for High voltage (HV) and Mid voltage (MV) (e.g. transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, substation equipment's and other related products)
- Perform preventive maintenance on incidents (e.g. leakage or broken parts) and replacement of products where necessary
- Identify on return products with quality checks and acceptance process to be effective
- Provide training on product troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge to customers as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineer or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in technical support for Transmission and Distribution including High voltage and Mid voltage related products
- Strong product knowledge on Transmission and Distribution (T&D)
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer centric
- Able to travel across Philippines province to be onsite as and when required
