JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Service Engineer (Biomed) will provide all services related to medical devices and medical device systems assigned and requested by clients.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are in need of Service Engineer BS ECE Engineer to provide consistent, on-time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services to all hospitals with Biomedical and Endoscope equipment installations.
- Perform repairs, adjustments and calibrations to all equipment as requested by customers
- Accomplishes and submits on-time and accurate service reports to customers and to Service Engineer Team Leader/Head Service Engineer
- Ensures all medical equipment are properly maintained and checked before use in product demonstrations
- Coordinates and assists the Sales and Marketing team in the conduct of product demos
- Provide training for end-users as well as in-house personnel in the proper use and care of the equipment.
- Confers with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests related to biomedical services
- Suggests appropriate and most suitable equipment structure and levels to ensure safe transport and proper storage of all equipment
- Ensures KPI-key performance indicators and performance targets are met
Performs other technical service related task mandated by management
