The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the service provided by H2 to the client. He or she will also be the main contact person for the client to raise an issue concerning the service provided and the project resource requirement. IT Supervisors are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any IT related field
Must have a minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience on Service Management (Service Desk or Technical Support)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Have strong documentation skills and expertise in handling escalated customer issues- Primarily responsible for the management of the entire managed service project, strong knowledge, and experience in SLA and OLA.
Must have the ability to implement projects within the given budget and schedule
- Must have expertise in conducting knowledge gathering of due diligence, project commissioning, service transition, and service transformation.
Must have deep knowledge in IT service management requirement- Must be able to emulate processes and procedures specific to the customer based on ITIL
Must have a minimum ITIL certification or HDI certification
