About the Role: As our
Service Desk Coordinator, you are responsible for handling service requests. Ensure service and support are provided to customers at agreed levels and that high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
This is where youu0026rsquoll shine:- Act as the first point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests.
- Coordination of all support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources.
- Schedule internal and field resources on the Ticketing CRM dispatch portal.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
What youu0026rsquoll bring in:- Good Verbal and Written English communication skills
- Must have at least 2 years of Service Desk or Helpdesk experience
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
- Preferably with ConnectWise Experience
- ConnectWise Knowledge
- Cloud Radial Knowledge
- Amenable to work in night shift in CEBU CITY
