Location: Onsite (BGC, Taguig)
Shift: Night Shift (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktop OS, applications, and connectivity issues.
- Support printer installations and client VPN setups.
- Manage Office 365 accounts and Active Directory user permissions.
- Administer antimalware solutions and resolve security-related issues.
- Provide general IT support to end users.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Service Desk/Help Desk roles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and Windows Server.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience supporting international clients.
- Open to night shifts and working onsite.
