Monitors all systems.
  • Resolve technical issues.
Gather all user information for assessment.
  • Proposes new analytics reports and projects.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
  • Experienced in Ticketing system
Okay to work in shifting schedule
  • Okay to work onsite
