Position:
Service Desk Analyst
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift:
Onsite | Night shift
Start date: Immediate (.50K Sign-on Bonus)

Your Role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will:
  • Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance.
  • Remotely assist users with desktop, server, printer, and other connected device troubleshooting.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for shared resource access, hardware and software configurations.
  • Perform OS and other software and firmware updates and patch management.
  • First level identification and escalation of major incidents using the approved IT escalation processes.
  • Document all work performed through a support ticketing system and effectively track and route incidents to the appropriate teams within IT.
  • Perform network administration functions, user account permissions, Active Directory changes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution is complete and satisfactory.
Other Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating knowledgebase articles, checklists and FAQs.
  • Willingness to learn industry specific and proprietary management systems.
What You Need:
Non-negotiable requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, during night shifts.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of job offer acceptance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Skillset:
  • Knowledge in Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Familiar with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP), and experience with workstation, printer, and IP phone connectivity.
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, POS, key card systems) is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and courteously to user inquiries.
