We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Lead to join our growing team. This individual is responsible for ensuring that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of the organization. They will act as the main liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and seamless staff integration.
Responsibilities
Service Management
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related delivery/ processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Identify performance issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular evaluations of team members performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as the main contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project progress and address any concerns.
- Take ownership of incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication with key stakeholders.

Service Reports
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Use service reports to provide strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Other tasks that might be assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related experience in the IT industry
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with project management software tools is a plus

- Must be willing to do 1x week onsite if needed
