Assist the Service Delivery Head in leading and managing the service delivery team.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context.
Assist in leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Assist in the management of finances and budgets.
Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Assess customer feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Assist in building partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for possible issues.
Assist in overseeing the projects and their managers assigned to the unit to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met.
Provide coaching and feedback to staff to promote continuous improvement.
Keep management well-informed of issues and problems encountered.
Provide assistance and contribute to the solutions to identified issues and problems.
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, IT/Computer Science, or any of its equivalent
Work Experience:
With at least 1 year experience as a Service Delivery Lead or equivalent position preferably in an IT project or BPO environment.
