Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients or customers, ensuring they are delivery efficiently, meeting quality standards and implementing the project within the agreed timelines. The Service Delivery Manager serve as a key liaison between the product manager and internal teams within the organization. The position requires an individual with leadership experience, supporting multiple teams / work streams, and facilitates process and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk and helps drive program-level continuous improvement.
How will you contribute
- Administers day-to-day operational aspects of the program, focusing on quality of the deliverables, resources, timeline, budget and vendor management
- Implements process and tools for program management and contribute to continual process improvement.
- Facilitates interaction and appropriate communication between project/scrum teams, architecture and functional experts
- Addresses project interdependencies by assessing potential business and technical impact.
- Maintains a clear product backlog and ensures alignment on business requirements with technical execution
- Ensures adherence to agile practice through program increment planning, retrospectives, etc. for scrum teams
- Manages third party key stakeholders for external system and project integration.
- Removes impediments through provisioning of appropriate resources, guidance and escalation.
- Collaborates with product management, engineering, design and quality teams to come up with holistic solutions that aligns on business direction and maximizes product value.
- Supports Digital Solutions and Service Delivery Head in his/her role as Business Information Officer (BIO) by regularly updating him/her on the status of various projects being handled through submission of BIO status reports; assists him/her in enforcing information security policies within the BU
- Reports to management on program progress through highlight reports and milestone valuation.
- Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiative
- Must ensure that all items within his/her scope are compliant with the various policies and guidelines of the following internal and external stakeholders, but not limited to RCBC, BSP and AMLC. Such that any item found to be irregular and non-compliant will be the officer's responsibility to report to his/her immediate supervisor and/or as prescribed by the bank's policy on reporting and escalating items of the said nature
What will make you successful
- College Graduate with a business-related course
- With 2 to 4 years of working experience with business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analysis and documentation, solution assessment, and validation.
- Has excellent presentation and writing skills and can communicate effectively with business and technical people
- Preferably with experience in Project Management, Agile Methodology, SCRUM Framework, Business Analysis
- Coordinating experience involving various groups not necessarily inter-related
