- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients business objectives and technology needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Advocate for clients needs and expectations within the organization- Take action on client feedback and insights to improve service quality.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide assigned clients with technical guidance and recommendations on project / service matters .
Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Familiarize and train on the respective products and technologies used by clients or to be used in the contract / project.
- Service Delivery Management::
- Monitor day-to-day activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure that the intended services are being delivered and respective SLAs are being met
Coordinate and manage the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with client's expectations and goals for the service contract..- Identify and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Work with sales and business development teams to expand client relationships.
- Documentation:
- Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and details pertaining to the delivery of services
Prepare timely reports and documentation for clients and internal use.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science).- Proven experience in managing the delivery of IT Services and/or Projects
At least 5 years project management experience in the implementation of a large-scale ERP system
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and services.
Can communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and external partners .- IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are advantageous.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
