Customer Service
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Order Management
- Process orders through the POS system and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.- Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
Food and beverage service- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant and caf standards.
Refill beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
Ensure that service stations are well-stocked with necessary supplies.- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling, sanitation, and hygiene.
Team Collaboration- Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service quality.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
