Job Overview: As a member of our service crew, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area.
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments and handle transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and workstations.- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures regarding quality standards, health, and safety regulations.
Assist in opening and closing duties as directed by the manager.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer needs.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
