RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible of his/her assigned station. Provides and performs customer service according to prescribed standards.
- Attends to guest's inquiries, requests and complaints. Prepares reports on guest count, reservations, and related matters.
- Responsible for the delivery of WAITERING services to Guests at the DINING AREA in accordance with the New Normal Service Cycle and Customer Service standards.
- Responsible for drink mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible in the receipt, handling, recording and custody of Cash and other store funds.
- QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least High School graduate.
- With at least 6 months experience in the same field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Quezon City.
