The Service Crew delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. The Service Crew is responsible for keeping his his/her assigned station clean, organized, and ready while on duty.
- Operations Execution: Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery within the established speed of service guidelines.
- Executes shift plans direction on production accurately and efficiently
Executes food preparation accurately adhering to ops standards of quality- Delivers products within the standard speed of service
Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude when performing tasks and in dealing with Guests
- Delivers Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise and Delivery: Exceed Guest expectations with always fresh and safe food and fast & friendly service in clean and safe surroundings.

- Restaurant Compliance: Adheres to compliance of government regulations, company management standards, Code of Conduct, company policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across during shift and Tim Hortons Operations Manual and Food Safety regulations.
- Helps maintain Tim Hortons restaurant and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards
Takes initiative to immediately report violations of safety, sanitation, or security policies to restaurant management
- Complies with Health and Safety protocols and to maintain a safe and secure environment for Guest and the other team members
Demonstrates to restaurant management that he/she can be relied upon to maintain compliance during shift
