Main Tasks:
- Accurately prepares sales and inventory report form and sales journal book
Properly implements marketing initiatives in the outlet
- Maintains zero shortage of cash as declared in the cash sales report
Prepares supplies, ingredients and equipment prior to outlet opening- Monitors the availability of stocks and supplies enough for the whole day operations
Prepares product orders as per company's standards & procedures
- Deposits daily sales of the previous day and keeps the sales for the day
Records and addresses minor customer complaints and concerns and reports to immediate superior for proper action beyond his/her capacity.- Ensures that the store is clean at all times both interior and exterior
Maintains proper levels and condition of stocks, utensils and equipments in the outlet including buffer stocks with the approval by the immediate superior
- Follows FIFO procedures at all times
Issues cash receipts and discounts (e.g. senior citizens discounts) to customers as needed- Reports all concerns related to repairs and maintenance in the outlet.
Monitors spoilage and shelf life of sauces, beef, and veggies
- Orders stocks from the commissary and direct suppliers via call or text for periodic replenishment.
Assists and orients the new trainees.- Performs other functions as may be required
