JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible to provide efficient support for sales operation activities and provide the highest exceptional customer service to increase sales and brand loyalty to the brands of the organization.
- Creates positive and delightful customer experience with our product and brands;
Performs basic inventory of all products to ensure correct and accurate data;- Performs product forecasting as per advised by the immediate superior;
Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times;
- Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
Entertains and caters to customers complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;- Creates positive customer relations to build loyalty among customers;
Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
- Assists in monitoring competitors marketing activities and pricing of products;
Assists in monitoring bad orders, left overs, and wrong forecasting and recommends process of improvements;- Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.
- At least Senior Highschool graduate;
Must have a pleasing personality and possess a strong customer service attitude;- Must have good interpersonal skills;
Must be self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
Good in numbers;- Preferably with prior training and experience in food service;
Demonstrates positive personal values and a strong work ethic;
