Performs First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method of products
Check the quality of finished/cooked items
Handles properly and endorses expired or spoiled products to the on-duty manager
Check product storage and holding equipment is in good running condition
Completes temperature chart
Performs effectively and efficiently daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area
Greets guests with great enthusiasm for the work area
Responsible for attending all customer concerns
Responsible for giving prompt and effectively, particularly on speed of service, cleanliness, wrong dispatch, spilled drinks
Prepares the food products being sold in the store following the standards and procedures
Secures cash when assigned in the counter area
Supervises daily and weekly cleaning, checks cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
Assist the management team in providing supervision, leadership and control of the work area
Responsible for the lapsed product and wastage recording
Task to lead a team of STMs and motivate people to meet customer satisfaction
Practices, promotes and protects Tokyo Tokyo and its services
Protects the brand and its image by adhering the set standards and procedures
