PRIMARY ROLE:The Service Crew (Dining) is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. Professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections, he or she works effectively as part of a team, capable of communicating her ideas to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines of the company.
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and are given responsive, and friendly service.
- Proper and professional greeting of guests within one minute of their arrival.
- Timely presentation of the menu.
- Takes food, beverage and wine orders with specified timing guidelines.
- Set-up the dining room with attention to the placement of tables, chairs, glassware, utensils and napkins on tables. Polishing all silverware, plates and glassware used for service.
- Correct and precise computation of each guest's bill.
- Assist quickly and correctly in transporting food from the kitchen to the guest.
- Up-to-date knowledge of menu items including major components, unfamiliar ingredients, and appropriate utensils for service.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, executing food safety and allergy protocols.
- Setup and re-set dining room, completing opening and closing assignments.
- Informs management authorized representative for any guest issue or complaint.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
