Prepares tea drinks and other beverage items based on standard recipes and operating procedures.- Operates the cash register
Provides overall Customer Satisfaction
- Serves all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer
Greet customers and present beverage menus- Makes recommendations and answers all related inquiries
Responds promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
- Responsible for arranging equipment and supplies neatly.
Ensures cleanliness in food preparation, bar equipment, and working areas.- Complies with all health, safety and hygiene standards, and policies
Do a daily inventory.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School/Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
No experience required- With good communication skills.
