General Function Oversee the daily operations and site activities.
Initiate maintenance, repair and upgrades activities.
Report to the client and the Service Contract Manager timely and transparently.
Safety representative at site.
Represent company interests with the client.
Coordinate communication between client and head office.
Liaise with the logistics department to make sure the plant is supplied with chemicals, spare parts, consumables. Return signed documentation.
Compile every operator activity into a comprehensive report.
Interpret parameters trends from individual monitoring log sheets, check against KPIs.
Provide recommendations and corrective actions based on the projected behavior of the plant.
Ensure steady supply of chemicals and consumables to maintain plant availability at all time.
Organize the team schedule and task assignment (leaves, rest days, overtimes, etc).
Build up trust and confidence with the client.
Maintain clear communication channels between client and head office.
Performs various administrative duties such as documentation, inventory, logistical support and human resources related tasks.
Maintain a safe working environment for the team.
Implement safety policies of both Veolia and the client.
Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to its activities
Understanding of physical, chemical and biological treatment processes
Knowledge in water and wastewater instrumentation & equipment
Familiarity with control systems (PLC and SCADA)
Proficiency with Google suite
