JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with overseeing overall Service Center requirements, staff and their duties.
Coordinate with Service Manager, Service Advisor and Mechanics on all transactions.
Process transactions and jobs done by mechanics.
Accommodate clients and act as liaison between client and mechanics
Check and record all documents and client information prepared by the receptionist.
Prepare marketing strategies to implement for the growth of the service center.
Graduate of any 4 Year Course, preferably management and business related
Recommended 2 years experience on a receptionist position with prior experience handling multiple personnel
Proficient in principles, methods, and procedures of invoicing, purchasing and inventory control.
Must have numerical competence together with a good working knowledge of basic inventory systems.
With organizational leadership and interpersonal skills.
With Knowledge in auditing..
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc
OPTIONAL - Driver's License to be able to test drive customer vehicle.
Should be able to work well together with the Service Team and Management Team.
