Job description:

Primarily responsible in carrying out the collection process assigned, ensuring the set flow rates, collection and productivity targets are attained or exceeded. View deposit balances of BPI for review and analysis of various loan transactions for collection purposes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business courses or related courses
  • Demonstrate proficiency in presenting themselves effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong capabilities in fostering positive customer relationships and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship
