Service and Production Supervisor

I. Position Summary

Oversee service team and production team and achieve service revenue target.

• II. Responsibilities

Coordinates with body builders regarding fabrication and timeline;

• Coordinates with contractors regarding repair and timeline;

Endorse for approval of bodybuilder and contractors job contracts;

• Endorse for approval of materials request for the production process;

Generate production status reports;

• Endorse and recommend production quality standards;

Assess customer complaints and recommend action plan;

Provide technical assistance to Sales Department;

Assess and approve final service report and recommend warranty claims and service billing;

Maintains company service plan. (Update unit service history record.)

Develop plans and programs to increase service revenue;

Monitor service diagnosis, check-up and preventive maintenance

Monitor on-site servicing report.

• II. Experience Requirement

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electromechanical /Electrical Equivalent

Has at least two (2) years of automotive production line experience

Has at least two (2) years of experience in automotive aftersales service

Has excellent leadership skills

• Must be willing to be assigned to Quirini Highway, Balon Bato, Quezon City.
