Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.

  • With significant work experience.

  • Proficiency in windows based application & Internet.

  • Must be customer-oriented.

  • Possesses a valid professional driver's license.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends walk-in customer for automotive services.

  • Handles inquiries and address vehicle concerns in coordination with other departments.

  • Process documentation for vehicle service maintenance, repair, warranty claim, insurance claim etc.

    Job Type: Full-time
