Job Description:
- Monitor target achievements
Conduct pre and post follow up calls to customers- Contact customer in case additional repair is required and provide information on status of repair. Handle phone calls on service matters
Check the finished motorcycle to see if all the repairs conform with the job order
- Review warranty and ESRC claim, ensure proper process is done
Facilitate customer orientation during MC unit release- Conduct actual inspection of service shop including tools, equipment, cleanliness and orderliness of workshop area
Assist branch manager in handling customer concerns until resolution
- Comply with the company policy and procedures
Follow 5S standard- Recommend programs that will boost after sales performance
Perform other related duties that may be assign from time to time and other functions that management may issue occasionally.
Job Qualification:
- At least 1 year related work experience
Computer literate- Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity
Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable in repair and maintenance
- Knows how to drive motorcycle
With driver's license- Knowledgeable in customer handling
Technical knowledge in motorcycle operations
Good Oral and Written Communications Skill- Willing to work on shifting schedule/ weekends
Must be willing to be assigned anywhere/relocated
- Service Advisor is expected to meet management expectations at all times
* Management reserves the rights to re-assignor terminate the employment of service supervisor should the person received three (3) unsatisfactory performance rating within a year
