DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.- Uses computer systems to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.
Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts. Suggests additional services that Service Department offers.- Communicates with customers about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.
We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or equivalent.
Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
